Claude Environment Check

Check whether your network exit, timezone, language and browser look consistent, spot setups that often lead to restrictions when using Claude, and see how to fix them.

Only your current browser and network are checked. No Claude login, and no account, password or chat content is read. Results are for reference only and are not Anthropic's judgment.

What we check

  • The region of your network exit
  • Network type (datacenter or regular broadband)
  • Whether your real address leaks
  • Whether timezone and language match the exit
  • Browser, device and automation signs
  • Whether your browser can reach Anthropic's website and API (for reference)

The check takes a few seconds.

FAQ

Does this guarantee my account won't be restricted?

No. It only flags inconsistencies in your browser and network. It isn't Anthropic's judgment and can't guarantee account safety.

Does it read my Claude account?

No. No Claude login is needed, and no account, password, cookie or chat content is read. Your raw IP address isn't stored.

Why does the network type need attention?

Exits from cloud servers or datacenters are restricted more often than home broadband or mobile networks.

Does this apply to Claude Code in a terminal?

A web page can only check the browser. If your terminal and browser use the same proxy, treat the result as a reference; otherwise go by the network your terminal actually uses.

Does a share link expose my details?

No. Shared pages only show the verdict and whether each check passed, with no IP, timezone, language or provider details.

What if I don't want to deal with my environment?

You can use the Claude API through a gateway without your own Claude account. Our leaderboard keeps testing gateways for authenticity and stability.
